Overview

The first Encuentros Leadership Series event was held in 2009.  This bi-annual event is intended to provide local and regional leaders and policy-makers representing government, business, and educational institutions and agencies with pertinent research information about future workforce implications reflected in the population growth of Latino families.  Corporate practitioners and top researchers will be brought together to offer current research and “best practice” models directed toward harnessing the social capital related to the rapidly growing Latino population.
