The Encuentros Career Exploration Conference is a one-day intervention aimed at heightening awareness among middle and high school Latino boys about the career opportunities available to those who complete high school and beyond. The conference connects young Latino males with information on the critical importance of an education and its relationship to a successful future career.
Conference Day & Time:
The 2020 Encuentros Annual Education and Career Exploration Conference will take place on Saturday, April 4th, 2020 at Mira Costa College. Check in begins at 8 am and the conference will be from 9 am – 2 pm.
Eligibility:
- Self identify as a Latino(x) male
- Current middle/ high school student

Due to COVID-19 concerns the 2020 Encuentros Conference at Mira Costa College has been CANCELLED. We hope to be able to resume the conference in 2021.
