Encuentros Leadership offers a number of diverse programs that all aim to improve the educational outcomes of Latino men in San Diego County. Our Conferences offer middle school Latino boys an opportunity to explore various careers.

Our middle school class offers a culturally responsive course and curriculum that is also A-G compliant.

Our 6-week father-son workshop series helps families explore their family histories and build bonds.
